Quivira offers a distinctly resort-oriented version of the Cabo lifestyle.
The community stretches across a dramatic desert-meets-ocean landscape on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas. Depending on where you live within Quivira, your day might begin with golf overlooking the Pacific, lunch by the beach, an afternoon at the spa or pool, and dinner without ever needing to leave the greater resort community.
At the same time, downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina, restaurants, shopping and nightlife are only a ten to fifteen minute drive away.
That combination of privacy and access is a major part of Quivira's appeal. As an aside, its location at the mouth of the Pacific offers a slightly cooler, breezier climate than even nearby Cabo San Lucas.

Quivira is large, and the experience can vary considerably from one residential area to another.
When comparing properties, we recommend looking beyond the home itself and considering view orientation, HOA fees, amenity access, proximity to golf and resort facilities, construction quality, rental rules and how frequently you plan to use the property.
