After a successful career in finance in her native Toronto, Carol followed her passion for real estate and made Los Cabos her home. Today, she is a Los Cabos real estate specialist with extensive knowledge of the luxury markets throughout Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, the Cabo Corridor, East Cape and Todos Santos.

Having worked extensively with international clients, Carol understands the unique questions and considerations that come with purchasing property in Mexico. She enjoys helping American, Canadian and other foreign buyers navigate the real estate buying process in Baja California Sur, from exploring the right communities and properties to understanding the steps involved in a successful purchase.

Her background in finance brings an added perspective to real estate, allowing her to look beyond the property itself and help clients consider value, location and their longer-term goals. Combined with her firsthand knowledge of Cabo's many communities and local markets, Carol offers practical, informed guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
